Sagtikos Manor

A special exhibit of 24 recently conserved 19th Century prints depicting the life of George Washington. The collection has been on display for over 100 years and suffered deterioration. Funding was provided through a matching grant between the Robert David Lion Gardiner Foundation and the Sagtikos Manor Historical Society to preserve the collection for future generations. Special event fee: Adults $10 and children under 11 - $5.




"Rehabilitation of the Theodore Roosevelt Home"

In 2008 the National Park Service approved a project to rehabilitate the Theodore Roosevelt Home at Sagamore Hill National Historic Site. This power presentation will outline the planning, packing, and implementation phases of the project including the plan to re-install the furnishings. Free and open to the public.

Join us for a private Peony Path Tour. Delight in the history, art and horticulture of the Peony. Along our path, learn about ongoing restoration efforts. Revel in the sculpture of our magnificent peacock fountain, by artist Mary Aldrich Fraser, and gain insight into its production. Parting gifts, music, plant sale and light refreshments. Spend a special Father’s Day at historic Sagtikos Manor. Come to the 14th annual Antiques, Vintage and Collectibles Show. Shop from over 30 vendors. Support the garden restoration at Sagtikos with a purchase from "the Friends of the Manor Gardens" plant sale. House tours will be conducted, as well, for a special "events" fee. Annual car show on the grounds of Sagtikos Manor featuring over one hundred cars. Help award the People’s Choice Award for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place cars. For show carparticipants: registration fee of $5 if pre- registered by July TBD (registration form to come). Registration fee the day of show is $10.
